Tamil Movie Review

As we all know that Trisha is all set for her Bollywood debut opposite Akshay Kumar in Priyadarshan's Khatta Meetha, and after reducing a couple of kilos of weight, the actress looks all set for her new venture. The shooting of this Hindi movie is expected to begin from October 1st in an island, which is a two-hour drive from Mumbai. But actually the shoot was planned at Panchgani? for which Trisha denied the fact, Trisha is right now busy at Salzburg, Austria where she is currently shooting for the Telugu movie Namo Venkatesa opposite Tollywood star Venkatesh. She's joining Priyadarshan only from October 15.

The secret behind her new look is Power yoga, she learnt it in Chennai from a trained instructor called Maya. This form of yoga is easy for her to practice it in her hotel room which she does for half an hour everyday before she leave's for shooting. The pretty actress reveals another secret to her trim figure is no-oil diet.

Priyadarshan films always have a dash of humor in them. She was appreciated for her sense of timing in some of Telugu films and even in Tamil. In Khatta Meetha she has lots of scope to prove her acting skills and explore her talent with regards to comedy. Some of the top names in fashion like Rocky S, Neeta Lulla and Manish Malhotra are being considered to style Akshay's and her costumes in this movie. But all that we can say at this point is Akshay Kumar's films always have the right combination of glamor and style and since this is his home production, one can definitely expect the same.

Apna Khiladi Kumar aka Akshay was mistaken for Nicolas Cage recently. Sajid Nadiadwala was shooting for Kambakkht Ishq when he happened to come across the set of Fast and Furious in Hollywood's Universal Studios, and one of the film's famous cars was on the set so Sajid quickly got his unit to shoot Akshay's action scene there.

Apparently, upon seeing the Fast and Furious car and the set, sightseeing tourists confused Akshay for Nicolas Cage. They all began screaming `Nicolas! Nicolas!' and waving excitedly at him. Poor Akshay did not know what to do, so he just politely waved back at them, hoping that they would know that he's Akshay Kumar and not Nicolas Cage.

Akshay Kumar’s lucky lips are always kissing. He locks lips with Kareena ten times in Kambakkht Ishq. The pair will steam up the screen as they kiss repeatedly in the film.


While everyone is aware that there is a kissing scene between Akshay and Kareena, but no one knows that they have lip locked ten times. The news has been very hush hush as both the lead actors were of the opinion that it should not be leaked out. However, now that the film is releasing soon and there are many trial shows going on, people who have seen the preview of the film are aware of it.

Many people in industry are also surprised that both the stars agreed to so many kisses. In fact, four among the 10 kisses feature before the climax.

Trisha Krishnan who entered Kollywood through director Priyadharshan who's also Trisha's mentor. Trisha is very happy that her lucky director again giving her good break but this time its Bollywood. Trisha was waiting for such opportunity or a long time lucky that she got it from Priyadharshan.

Trisha will pair with Bollywood action king Akshay Kumar in movie Khatta Meeta and Priyadharshan will direct it and the music will be scored by Pritam Chakraborty, the film will have six songs and the movie will be a romantic comedy. I think Trisha actually suits for these romantic comedy role, hope this will give her a good break in bollywood. Trisha the second heroine after Asin to step into Bollywood that to pair opp with big stars.

When Akshay Kumar was looking for new face for Khatta Meeta it was Priyadharshan who suggested Trisha to Akshay, then they saw some for her films and they got impressed. Then Trisha flew down to Bollywood for a discussion and everything turned fine.

The Movie will commence in October and expected to finish it in one single schedule. Now will Trisha shine like Asin.

Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who are starring in Vipul Shah’s next film Action Replay, will be seen in a complete 70’s getup In this movie Akshay will have long hair on screen for the first time in his career with the help of a wig may be he has no time to grow long hair, should have tried quick hair growing pills. He shot a song for the movie at Film City recently. He was wearing white trousers, a white shirt and a red jacket. Aishwarya was wearing a yellow knee-length skirt, i wonder how Aish will look in this 70's getup.

Akshay and Aishwarya are making a comeback after five years in this film. They were last seen together in director Raj Kumar Santoshi’s Khakee.

Earlier, Shah Rukh Khan sported long hair in Om Shanti Om. Salman also had long hair in his forthcoming venture Veer, Action Replay is based on a unique concept. It’s a film in which time moves backwards though the film title is Action Replay but it does't has any action sequence as the title suggests.
